Cybernetik’s Sugar Grinding System is an integrated sugar milling, sugar storage and sugar packaging solution. The sugar grinding system is a hygienic, safe, and ergonomic system for sugar processing and packaging. The setup consistently delivers finely powdered sugar of the required size with flavour preservation. Considering the inflammable nature of sugar dust, this food processing and packaging solution is built to ATEX standards for explosion resistance.
Operations of the integrated sugar milling, storage, and packaging system start at the bag tipping station with vibro sifter where sugar bags are unloaded. Equipment options for the entry point of the sugar processing solution include automatic bag slitter with vibro sifter and big bag unloader. A screw conveyor feeds raw sugar to the high speed fine grinder for milling. Next, a powder charging system conveys powdered sugar to a storage silo. Another screw conveyor transfers the stored powder to an automatic bagging machine or big bag filler after a vibro sifter filters out oversized particles, which are re-fed for grinding.
