Cybernetik’s Submerged Conveyor is a fully automated, hygienic solution for in-series pasteurization, heating, or cooling of packed products. This submerged cooling conveyor ensures uniform thermal treatment by immersing products in temperature-controlled water, with real-time, temperature-based conveyor speed adjustments for process accuracy. Constructed with corrosion-resistant SS304/316 and featuring a food-grade, modular PVC conveyor, it meets stringent hygiene standards. An integrated inspection door allows quick access for maintenance, reducing downtime and enhancing operational efficiency.
The operation of the submerged cooling conveyor begins with loading pouches onto the modular PVC conveyor. The submerged conveyor bed is filled with temperature-controlled environment hot or cold, depending on the process requirement. Thermal insulation maintains a stable temperature throughout the length of the conveyor, ensuring consistent product treatment. At the discharge end, a singling conveyor separates individual pouches for further downstream processing.
