Cybernetik’s Spice Grinding System is a complete setup for milling and packaging of spices. Magnetic grill of the bag tipping station prevents metal contamination. The spice grinding machine in the system mills spices into fine powders. Sifter separates oversized particles. Dust-free operation of the masala packing machine at the end of the line maintains hygienic ambience.
Raw materials are loaded at the bag tipping station whose magnetic grill excludes metal particles. The spice grinding machine is the heart of the system that mills without loss of nutrition or flavours. Located downstream of the spice grinding machine is the sifter for control over output particle size. The sifter feeds a masala packing machine with clamps for leak-proof functioning.
