Operations of the rotary vacuum paddle dryer begin with the loading of the product. Thermal processing begins with quick heat transfer from the jacket and paddles that have low thermal inertia. Paddles agitate the product continuously for homogenizing the temperature. Pneumatic discharge valve ensures complete discharge by avoiding dead pockets inside the thermal processing chamber of the RVPD.
