Cybernetik’s Food Cutting System is a conveyorized, synchronous food chopper that automates the sizing and chopping of food paste into chunks of required length and look. The food cutting machine unifies multiple operations, including the conveying, sizing, and cutting of food paste at high accuracy and speed. With food grade parts, mirror or sanitary finish, and an easy to clean built, the food chopper system ensures hygiene.
Infeed and outfeed conveyors of this food cutting machine are unfolded before operation begins. Thoroughly mixed, unbroken food paste of uniform thickness is then continuously fed to the infeed conveyor. Control systems operate an accurate food chopper assembly that slashes the paste into pieces of equal length on the cutting conveyor. Finished pieces then proceed to the outfeed conveyor
