Cybernetik’s Drum Filling System loads liquids accurately and rapidly in drums. The semi-automatic, liquid filling setup comes with a lance flush system to avoid cross contamination between batches handling different fluids. To ensure correct location, the pallet with drums is locked in position before filling. Weight checks of the drum filling system verify loading precision. Optional or additional volume based filling is available.
Operation of the liquid filling setup starts with the placing of drums on a pallet located on a roller conveyor. The conveyor transfers the pallet to the loading station where it is locked in location. Operator then moves the lance horizontally and vertically, and rotates it about the column for accurate positioning before liquid filling begins. The lance moves upward in stages as liquid level in drum rises to avoid interference in weighing. After a weight check, the drum filling system transfers the drums towards the exit along the same roller conveyor. `
