Cybernetik’s Drum and IBC Decanting System is an integrated platform for automated decantation of additives from drums and IBCs. Engineered for precision, the drum decanting unit combines a servo-controlled lance and a tilting mechanism for maximum decantation. The lance flush system minimizes cross-contamination and enables immediate reuse of drums.

Operations begin with the loading of drums or IBCs onto the conveyor. A servo-driven lance precisely enters the bunghole, descending in stages for accurate and efficient decantation. Next, the tilting mechanism of the drum and IBC decanting system inclines the container for near-complete extraction. Post decanting, the lance is flushed with heated base fluid to avoid additive cross-contamination. Lance also flushes the drums/IBCs with base fluid.
