Cybernetik’s Double Cone Asymmetric Blender is a hygienic solution for blending multiple ingredients efficiently while ensuring easy material handling. Designed with GMP compliance and built using food-grade materials, this cone blender minimizes dust generation during both loading and unloading operations. Powder conveying systems and dust collectors maintain a clean working environment, supporting hygienic and safe manufacturing practices. The double cone blender offers a thorough mixing with minimal human intervention, improving consistency and operational efficiency.

Operation of the double cone blender begins by inserting a hose into the material source and connecting it securely to the system. Metal detectors confirm proper hose attachment before loading begins. Material is automatically loaded according to the specified recipe quantities using a powder conveying system. Once filled, the cone blender starts rotating to achieve a homogeneous blend. After each recepie cycle, the HMI prompts the operator with options to either continue or abort the blending, allowing precise control over mixing quality. Upon completion, the operator presses and holds a dedicated button to open the unloading port, enabling smooth discharge of the mixed material.
