Cybernetik’s Cooling Conveyor is an advanced solution designed for the concurrent cooling and conveying of food products, efficiently reducing temperatures from 80°C to 30°C–40°C. This compact, automated system ensures rapid cooling while maintaining product hygiene, making it ideal for various food processing applications.
The cooling conveyor operation starts downstream from the product processing. The material enters the SS mesh-type conveyor. Cold air is blown through blowers, countering the direction of the product flow to cool the product rapidly. An SS chamber below the conveyor belt cooling system contains water for dual cooling operation. The product temperature drops from 80°C to 30°C-40°C as it is conveyed throughout the length of the cooling conveyor.
