Cybernetik’s Convective Cooling Conveyor enables the transition from batch to continuous production via concurrent cooling and conveying of food products. The system efficiently reduces temperatures from 80°C to 30°C–40°C. Compact and automated, this food processing setup ensures rapid cooling while maintaining the required product texture and hygiene.
Operations of the convective cooling conveyor start downstream of the food production setup. Products enter the conveyor system via an SS wire mesh conveyor. Cold air is passed over the conveyor in the direction opposite of product flow for rapid cooling. Filter chamber at top traps small, unwanted particles from the snack products. Filter chamber has detachable units for easy maintenance. Spray nozzles for CIP system connection enables simple and quick sanitization for this food processing setup. Air spray nozzles quickly and efficiently dry the sanitized wire mesh conveyor.
