This mixer features a vertically-mounted mixing vessel and a high-speed, high-shear, counter-rotating blade system, ensuring a homogeneous mix of ingredients in minutes. The operation of shear mixer begins with the loading of a buggy onto the mixer, secured in place using a mechanical stopper. Upon selecting the desired recipe, the high-speed agitator descends into the buggy, executing a uniform and thorough mix of the product. After mixing, the buggy is safely unloaded from the mixer, ready for the next processing stage.
