Cybernetik’s Column Lift High Shear Mixer is a robust and efficient solution designed to deliver superior mixing performance for a variety of food processing applications. This mixer features a vertically-mounted mixing vessel and a high-speed, high-shear, counter-rotating blade system, ensuring a homogeneous mix of ingredients in minutes. With a range of sizes and optional accessories, it caters to diverse food processing needs, from pre-mixing to post-mixing stages.
The operation of shear mixer begins with the loading of a buggy onto the lifter, secured in place using a mechanical stopper. Upon selecting the desired recipe, the high-speed agitator descends into the buggy, executing a uniform and thorough mix of the product. After mixing, the buggy is safely unloaded from the mixer, ready for the next processing stage.
