Cybernetik’s C Type & Z Type Bucket Elevator is a cyclical conveyor for hygienic, dust free, and rapid transfer of powders to higher levels with minimal material loss. The bucket elevator system is designed for smooth and interruption-free operation, safety, least possible maintenance and downtime, and zero contamination.
Material is loaded in the bucket elevator system at the lower level. Buckets then proceed upward guided by a chain-sprocket loop. Loading and unloading occur on the same side in the C elevator, and on laterally opposite sides in the Z elevator. Dust extractor ports at the entry and exit of the bucket elevator system ensure a dust free, hygienic ambience. A rack-pinion system unloads the buckets for C elevators, while a cam disc does the same for Z elevators. Buckets return to the lower level after discharge.
