A brake servomotor ensures efficient material handling with minimal manual intervention. The integrated chute cleaning hose minimizes material wastage by efficiently directing residues into the receiving vessel.
The operation of buggy lifter and tipper begins with the loading of a buggy onto the lifter. Safety locks secure the buggy in place, after which the brake servomotor in the buggy lifter lifts and tilts the buggy to discharge its contents. Post-unloading, the chute cleaning hose ensures any remaining material is directed into kettle, maintaining cleanliness and reducing waste.
