Cybernetik’s Buggy Lifter and Tipper is a precise solution for the smooth and controlled lifting, tilting, and unloading of buggies up to 350 kg. A brake servomotor ensures efficient material handling with minimal manual intervention. Built with GMP-compliant stainless steel, the buggy lifter meets the highest hygiene standards required in food processing environments. The integrated chute cleaning hose minimizes material wastage by efficiently directing residues into the receiving vessel.
The operation of buggy lifter and tipper begins with the loading of a buggy onto the lifter. Safety locks secure the buggy in place, after which the brake servomotor in the buggy lifter lifts and tilts the buggy to discharge its contents. Post-unloading, the chute cleaning hose ensures any remaining material is directed into kettle, maintaining cleanliness and reducing waste.
