Cybernetik’s Bird Feed Block Formation System is an advanced, fully automated solution designed to streamline the production of bird feed blocks. This system efficiently handles the entire process—from mixing raw materials to moulding, cooling, sanitizing, and stacking—ensuring high-quality output with minimal human intervention.
The operation of feed block formation system begins with raw materials being loaded into a tumbler mixer using a buggy and buggy lifter. Liquefied gelatin, serving as a feed binder, is added to the mixer. The tumbler mixer then rotates to achieve a homogeneous blend of the feed and gelatin. Non-stick oil is dispensed into food-grade PVC moulds before the feed mixture is loaded and compacted into them. The moulds are conveyed through a cooling system maintained at 15°C–17°C by multiple axial fans. After cooling, the feed blocks are removed and weighed, and an integrated Clean-in-Place (CIP) system sanitizes the moulds for reuse. Robotic arms handle the trays and feed blocks, stacking them onto racks for storage or distribution.
