Cybernetik’s Bag Depalletizer and Slitter System is an advanced, fully automated solution designed to streamline the handling of bulk materials. The bag depalletizer system efficiently manages the entire process, from depalletizing bags to slitting and directing materials, ensuring high productivity, safety, and hygiene.
The operation of the bag depalletizer system begins with an operator placing a loaded pallet onto the roller conveyor at a single entry station. A Poka Yoke mechanism ensures correct pallet placement. A safety curtain detects human presence, allowing the system to operate only when the area is clear. The pallet is conveyed to the depalletizer robot, which uses rotatable grippers guided by a vision system to pick varying numbers of bags based on the pallet matrix. The bags are transferred to a belt conveyor leading to the slitter section. Here, the bags are slit, and the material and empty bags are directed separately. A bag compactor removes empty bags, while rotary tables guide empty pallets to the pallet stacker for unloading at the downstream of the robotic bag depalletizer and slitter system.
