Cybernetik’s Automated Multistage Food Paste Processing System is a high-efficiency, hygienic solution for sequential boiling and cooling of product. This food processing automation system performs pre-boiling, boiling, and cooling in a fully automated cycle with precision and minimal manual involvement. GMP-compliant construction with SS304L for contact parts and SS304 for non-contact components, the system ensures safe, contamination-free food paste automation. It improves process consistency while enhancing workplace safety and operational throughput.
The operation of the food paste automation system begins with an automatic lifter that elevates and transfers the material trolley between stages. The pre-boiling tank heats the product to 50°C and holds it for 50 minutes. The boiling tank subsequently raises the temperature to 90°C and maintains it for 30 minutes to ensure proper paste formation. Finally, the cooling tank brings the temperature down to 30°C in 30 minutes. Between transitions, the trolley is held in place to allow excess water to drain into intermediary trays, preventing floor spillage and improving shop floor safety. The integrated steam injector maximizes heat transfer efficiency for faster processing without compromising product integrity.
