Cybernetik’s IBC Washing Machine is an industrial equipment cleaning solution for totes such as Intermediate Bulk Carriers (IBCs). Built for thorough sanitization, it uses a retractable arm to reach the internals of the IBC and direct cleaner jets from the high-speed nozzle. Trolley or forklift based loading and unloading simplifies operations. Variants of this equipment cleaning solution include one with a rolling shutter and another specifically designed for a Matcon Bin.
Operator loads the IBC washing machine via a trolley or forklift and closes the safety door. Tiny floor projections serve as fixtures for IBCs and totes of different sizes. The cleaner arm then extends into the IBC before activating the high-speed cleaning nozzles. External nozzles clean the outer surfaces. Manually operated spray is available for auxiliary cleaning, if any. Forklift or trolley is similarly used to unload the sanitized tote from the equipment cleaning system.
