Cybernetik’s C Type & Z Type Bucket Elevator is a looped conveyor system for dust free and hygienic transfer of powders to higher levels with minimal material loss at speeds of up to 4000 kg/hr. The bucket elevator system operates continuously, safely, and smoothly while eliminating contamination and minimizing downtime and maintenance.

Cybernetik Advantages

Operation: Smooth loading and unloading through cam disc arrangement for Z elevator and rack-pinion for C elevator, chain guides avoid wobbling of buckets.
Efficiency: Negligible material loss via scraper and zigzag chain link.
Hygiene: Dust-free working via dust extraction port, zero contamination with self-lubricated chain, negligible material sticking on smoothly finished surfaces.
Productivity: Nominal maintenance and downtime with tension adjuster retaining chain-sprocket connection and torque limiter preventing breakage from sudden stops.
Safety: System shuts down if any inspection door is opened.
